Finally a CAR!

Last Spring my car, Jamal, got hit by a drunk driver at like 50 mph and smashed the front of him to pieces. Thankfully, I was not in the car. The driver hit the front, backed up, hit the back and took off! But lucky me-- he left me his bumper with his license plate. :) Naturally, Jamal was totaled after all this & I've been on the hunt for a new car! Here's a few pictures of my poor lil guy...
I've been driving my dad's Mazda Miata in the meanwhile but this weekend, my dad will be bringing me my new car :) His car has been great to have! I had to learn how to drive a standard and I love having a convertible but... its just so small!

So excited! Isn't she pretty?? I really wanted a car that I felt looked professional when I start going to interviews this coming year. (I can't believe I'll be done with my degree that soon!) This car may not be the sexiest but I love it :) Its perfect for me! And I sound like an old person.. but I'm so excited about having 4 doors again. Its probably my favorite feature!

    This is Ali's father, I am lucky enough to have Ali as my daughter. It has been the joy of my life watching Ali & her sister grow an mature into the most delightful young ladies I know. I am looking forward to comng out to see her for the weekend. I am also fortune enough to have a wonderful father who is going to drive the 20 hours with me. Family is the most precious thing in this world. Take / Make the time to nurture those relationships, you will not regret that time, but may regret not doing it.
